You may use the data you pull — including the history you accumulate over time from the live feed — inside your own models, research, dashboards and internal tools.
You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or otherwise make the raw feed (or a substantial copy of it) available to any third party. Reselling or redistributing the datasets is prohibited on every tier, including Max. One customer may not become a data vendor of ours.
Commercial use — Pro and Max include a full commercial license: the data may be used in any commercial product, fund, trading system or paid service, and to train, sell and deploy machine-learning and AI models; the models and their outputs belong to you. Reselling, redistributing or republishing the raw data itself requires an Enterprise license.
